SELF DEFENCE SYSTEMS are an organised group based in Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol, southern Spain. We offer different systems of extremely effective sensible and practical self-defence combined with personal safety seminars, customised to suit all persons whatever size, shape or age group you belong to.A very necessary life-skill in today’s turbulent times at home or abroad. Because of our geographical location, we are ideally based for Holiday workshops and seminars which prove very popular to all sorts of people from many parts of the globe. Courses are informal friendly and non obligational.
TUITION BY 7th DAN INTERNATIONAL MASTER.
We are a government registered sports association with the Junta de Andalucia.
We also have regular evening group classes for residents or visitors every
Tuesday Thursday and Saturday at 5pm for Kids, and 6.30pm for Adults.
Life membership is 25 euros and monthly subscriptions are 45 euros.
